Privacy Policy

Edmonds Tree & Landscape Service ("we") collects only the information needed to do our work: your name, phone number, email address, and property address when you request an estimate or hire us. Employees who receive work texts provide their mobile numbers directly for scheduling purposes.

We use this information to schedule estimates and jobs, communicate about your project, and send operational messages to our crew. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to operate — currently Jobber (scheduling and messaging) and Twilio (text messaging).

Text messages: message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, HELP for help.

Photos and reviews: We may take photos of our work at your property and use them on our website or social media. We may also share customer reviews. If you’d rather we didn’t use a photo of your property, just tell us.

Recordings: We sometimes make audio recordings during estimates so our quotes are accurate. These recordings are for internal use only.
